I have made it many times and it is delicious. I also cut back the vinegar and then added more ketchup.

Made this the other night for my whole family! Everyone loved & raved about it! We also did not add the coleslaw onto the pork but had cole slaw on the side. I followed the recipe exactly EXCEPT after reading some reviews I chose to only use 1 1/2 cup of vinegar. Thought that was plenty. Very tasty!! Will def make again! Thanks :)

I am only rating the pork since we left off the coleslaw! My family loved it, especially the kids! I cut the vinegar down to 1/4 cup and added 1/4 cup of water. Other than that, I stuck to the recipe and it was wonderful!

Wonderful pork dinner for those who like Carolina style pork! I read the reviews before making and only used a cup of vinegar in the slow cooker. It was great for my taste, not overwhelming at all. I will probably try it with a cup and 1/2 next time. Another note is that it tasted better the next day. The meat absorbed even more of the juices overnight and by lunch the next day it was amazing! I will definitely be making this again

Had it for dinner this evening and it was not good. Waaaay too much vinegar for our taste. Maybe if we'd had the cole slaw with it it might have cut back on the vinegary taste!

Made this for Sunday Football Dinner for about 6 people. We used sub rolls, provolone cheese & regular cole slaw and everyone loved it. Plus we had some leftovers for sandwiches later in the week.

I made this recipe with a 1.5lb roast so, of course, I decreased the ingredients by about half and it turned out fine, maybe just a little less vinegar though. We ate it with just the meat and a slice of mild cheese instead of slaw and it was very good. Also only took about 6 hours to cook and was very tender.

I made this for myself and 2 grown sons. I was worried about the vinegar, but when done acording to recipe, we LOVED it! Be SURE to use a slotted spoon or a tongs to put the pork on the bun or roll and drain the vinegar. Also liked that it uses traditional red coleslaw instead of creamy coleslaw. Very Authentic and VERY GOOD! Making it again for guests!!
