these are great if you do them the same way you cook the buffalo chicken sandwich and the the ranch dressing to the side .

Hi! I am having a bcnurh. I want to serve crepes with fruit filling, but I am having a hard time finding a good recipe for the filling. If dark chocolate could somehow be incorporated that would be awesome. Do you have any ideas?

I have a 3.5 quart cooker, only had 2 boneless/skinless breasts (about 1 lb. total), 6 oz. buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup ranch. Put it all in the slow cooker on low 4.5 hours (no salt). At about 4.5 hours took it out and shredded it some and returned to cooker on warm for .5 hour. Added sour cream and shredded cheese to lettuce and tortillas. My husband loved it! So easy -- thank you Betty!

I made these wraps recently & they were fabulous!! I used chicken breasts because that's what I had on hand. I also added 1/2 cup chicken broth for some liquid, 1 onion sliced & left the ranch out for an optional topping. I cooked it on high for 2 hours then turned it down to low for 3 hours & the meat just fell apart! This was an easy, quick prep, set & forget meal that was a great change from the fried & breaded buffalo wraps we always have.

The first time I made this recipe, I tried to follow the directions, but the chicken thighs burned in my crockpot. I've always been told never to cook a dry crock pot. So, I added a little chicken broth, but that didn't seem to help at all. The chicken was inedible and my house smelled TERRIBLE! I tried again the next night with chicken breasts (as that was all I had on hand), but this time I added garlic powder, pepper, and much more chicken broth. That worked like a charm. It was a delicious dinner and not too spicy for my little boys! A real shortcut would be to just buy a rotisserie chicken and shred it, then add the sauces. Add a little celery to the mix and you are all set!

I did not put in the ranch dressing (preferring to serve it on the side for dipping) and it was very tasty. Although I prefer to use grilled chicken to make buffalo chicken wraps, this is a great recipe for a change from the normal routine. Definitely add shredded lettuce to the wrap. Cheese can be added or used as a topping/garnish (microwave it a few seconds to melt, if desired).

Very tasty meal! Only thing I'd like to do differently is either not cook the chicken quite as long, or not shred it as finely--the texture was a little too mushy for my my liking--but the flavor was great, & I'm not a big fan of buffalo wings! I also suggest adding a little shredded cheese along with the lettuce, but that's just personal preference. Also really liked dipping the wraps in ranch as we ate. Planning to fix these for our Super Bowl party!

@corkygurl...we usually make tater-tots or tossed salad with them if we are really hungry but mostly just have them on their own.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was yummy. I added the ranch and hot wing sauce when I started the chicken so it could marinate while cooking. I will definitely make this again.

I took a little bit of what everyone else said to successfully make this meal. I added a small amount of water to the bottom of the crockpot when I cooked the chicken. This helped to make it fall apart very easily when it was done. I also removed the chicken and shredded it after 5&1/2 hours of cooking, put in the buffalo sauce and ranch, then continued to cook it on low for another half hour. I feel like this really sealed in the flavors for me. I look forward to making this again!
