There is another version of this recipe... I cooked it and it was fabulous! I didn't know there was a (Cooking for 2) version, but I must ask... the meat is cut down to 1/4 in this recipe and there is no cream cheese! I don't understand. Anyone who really liked this, may want to try the full version. I would add less than 2lbs of stew meat (plus mine was so tender the meat just fell apart - so it was more shreaded).
There is either Golden Mushroom Soup OR Cream of Mushroom - NOT Creamy Golden Mushroom! I used the Golden Mushroom.
