I really really liked this. I cooked it up on a Sunday afternoon so I could monitor to keep it from burning. It was actually better on day two than right after it finished cooking. To help with the blandness, I added season salt to the potato layer so it was more like actual hashbrowns on the bottom.
I found the hamburger layer was still a little bland, so my plan for the next time I make this is to season that layer with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder while browning the meat.
