These were delicious! Like other reviewers, I used fresh peppers (red and yellow) and chili powder. My family had wrapped in tortillas but I ate mine right off the plate topped with shredded cheese and sour cream. Yum! This is the only way I will make pulled pork from now on. The seasonings were just perfect!

Made these tonight for dinner. The whole family including the teen kids loved them. I used fresh peppers instead of frozen, although they were still juicey, we just used a slotted serving spoon to strain the pork as we put it into the tortilla shell. Will definatley make again!!

Love, love, love this recipe! My husband is in Heaven!! We used 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow, and 1/2 green fresh bell peppers instead of frozen. It is delicious! A must try for your family.

We loved this dish.I read there was a little to much liquid so I thawed the bell peppers. That diden't make a difference. There was still too much liquid.but we loved it and would make it again.Next time I will use fresh bell peppers and onion.

Made this for my teen-age son's birthday dinner! It was delicious. So easy to make, just prepare and leave till you want to eat! We all loved it! I have made this many times for the family. Great in a wrap with all the trimmings or even just the meat on its own in a wrap! Freezes well too!

I used chicken instead of pork, which worked very well too. Someone commented that their's had to much liquid...I used the extra thick BBQ sauce which definitely did not create too much liquid. Instead of the frozen peppers I used fresh peppers and I found it to be better and created an extra crunch and texture that forzen veggies just don't have. Overall the dish is good but you really have to LOVE BBQ sauce, it is a little over powering at times.

This was good, and easy. However, I think calling it a fajita is a little bit of a stretch. The added ingredients help to make it a little more "southwest", but it is still a pulled pork sandwich. Better served with chips, coleslaw, and on a bun. I had a mexican theme going on, and my guests wondered why there was guacamole and tortillas with the meat that was very tasty, but BBQ nonetheless. Just an FYI.
