Made these sandwiches last night and will definitely be making them often, especially on busy fall and winter weekends. My husband raved about them. I skipped the basil and tomato spread but they were perfect without. Reminded me of a cheese steak sandwich.

So thankful this was in the crock pot after a long day of soccer games and apple picking. I didn't have the tomato spread or basil leaves. Still loved it and super easy.
