lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

cup chopped celery

cup chopped onion (1 large)

teaspoon salt

can (19 oz) Progresso® Vegetable Classics hearty tomato soup

tablespoons yellow mustard

  1. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef, celery and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in salt, soup and mustard. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until mixture is bubbly and vegetables are tender. Spoon mixture into buns.
Makes 8 servings (1 bun and almost 1/2 cup beef mixture each)
