I LOVE THIS! i do not like sloppy joes usually but i saw this recipe and had to make it! its mouth watering and a must make! i paired with corn and lemonade. PERFECT dinner and very simple to make!

After an incredibly long and rainy day of running errands, the LAST thing I wanted to do was cook dinner from scratch. This recipe was such a great go-to! I did take a little extra time to make it my own by adding sauteed onions, garlic, bell pepper, baby bellas and tomatoes (double batch, one to freeze for the next rainy day). The result was so delicious, leftovers a great lunch for work the next day and clean up a snap! I'm giving it an extra spoon for a total of 6!!!

A copworker told me this was her new favorite recipe. I wasn't sure about mixing cheese with my sloppy joe. This recipe is so awesome! My family loved it! It actually goes a long way and leftovers are as wonderful the second time around!
