Ingredients

pound ground beef

tablespoons taco seasoning mix

ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter)
1/3
cup purchased black bean dip
1
cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeño peppers (4 ounces)
Salsa and guacamole, if desired

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°. Cook beef in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix.
  • 2 Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread evenly with bean dip. Spoon beef over bean layer. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa and guacamole.

I did not follow the recipe exactly. I took the idea and changed it. I used the ground beef and sloppy joe mix. I then put the mixture on the pizza crust, topped it with cheese, and baked it. It turned out great and the kids loved it!!
