AMAZING! Family loved it and was asking for more. Instead of the Mexicorn i used the new Bush's Grillin Beans - Black Bean Fiesta and i added a little bit of salsa too instead of the green onions.

This was easy and great tasting. My family loved it and my daughter made it for her friends and they liked it also.

I tried this recipe with ground bison and it was wonderful. It's great to find easy recipes with few ingredients which are good tasting. I couldn't find the specific biscutis called for in the recipe but used another 5-biscuit variety.

Wonderful! My hubby loves junk food and this is one I can doctor up and make healthier. Used 97% lean beef, low fat biscuits, frozen corn, added a can of black beans and a can of diced tomatoes drained and a 1/4 c. chopped jalapenos. Great dish. This will be a weekly thing at our house during the winter months especially.
