This was delicious and so easy and quick. I browned the chicken with 1/2 cup diced onion and 2 cloves of fresh garlic and also added 1 can of Rotel.

This was so good! I used habanero olive oil I have to make it nice and spicy. Will make again for sure! And I threw it in a tortilla and had as a burrito.

Amazingly easy and delicious. Add a bit of red pepper or chili powder to kick it up a notch and bring the flavors together.

I was going to print this out until I saw the calorie and fat content. Yikes! I'm sure it tastes good but it's not worth it to me. Thanks.

I make this with ground beef and it is a family favorite. I swear my husband would eat it every day if he could! It looks really good served in scoop chips and would be great as a Super Bowl food or appetizer, though we eat it as a meal.
