Simple Shepherd Pie
Here is a basic recipe for a simple ground beef Shepherd's Pie. The original recipe comes from my friend Amber.

Forgot to give this a good rating! Whoops! Also, just an idea, but I bet a can of mixed vegetables could be substituted for the cans of corn and green beans.

I did something a little different here... I eliminated the tomato soup and I put biquick three cheddar buscuits on top of it. It was delicious and my 20 month old son is a picky eater and he loved it. Also used a can of green beans and a can of corn.
