Simple Panna Cotta

Very easy to make. You can top it with anything you have in your fridge or your cupboard. Delicious. My family enjoyed it. (That is the main reason for not having a picture.)

Ingredients

ml cream
100
ml milk
100
g sugar

teaspoons vanilla extract

g gelatin

  • 1 Put the gelatin in a small bowl and add a little water. Mix cream, milk, 50g of sugar and vanilla extract in a pot.
  • 2 Simmer the milk mixture on a low heat, until it boils. Remove from heat.
  • 3 Add the gelatine in the milk mixture, and mix well or until it dissolves and let it cool slightly.
  • 4 Pour the milk mixture in 4 individual glasses or small bowls and allow them to cool completely.
  • 5 Put the glasses it the fridge for at least 4-5 hours.
  • 6 Turn over your panna cotta on a plate and serve with any kind of fruit sauce, some chopped nuts or melted chocolate.
