ready made pie crusts

medium baking apples, jonathan or granny smith, peeled and sliced
3/4
cup sugar

tsp cinnamon

T. flour
1/4
tsp. nutmeg
2
T. butter
2
T. milk
extra cinnamon and sugar for top
  1. Mix in bowl the cinnamon, flour, nutmeg. Place crust in pie pan, add apples and sugar mixture. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust.
  2. Brush with milk and sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  3. Cover edges with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
