Everyone loves the tiny pancake that's big on flavor. Make and serve them by the dozen!

Iam new with this site, all though this is a good recipe, I was hoping to find recipes more interesting then what you could find on the box. Something that only members could get. I am really looking for a homemade recipe for a pancake that a resturant would sell. And where can you get that butter packet with the gold/silver tin foil on top? I cant seem to buy that flavor anywhere! Any one have any ideas? Thanks

40 minutes for pancakes? Believe you meant 4.0 minutes. Prep time, eating, plus clean up should not take 40 minutes. Receipe sounds good, will try it with my grandkids next time they visit.

I've never made pancakes before, but my SO enjoys them, so I followed the instructions on the Bisquick box (halved the recipe, since I was just making them for him) and they came out perfectly! A couple were a little messy, since I made them too big, LOL, but they still tasted great! I served them with butter and real maple syrup, sausage on the side, and this was a great weekend breakfast alternative to the usual eggs and bacon. I'll definitely be making these regularly from now on... :-)

This is an easy recipe for pancakes, but let me suggest buttermilk instead of regular milk. I have asked different restaurants what makes their pancakes so fluffy. They said buttermilk is the secret. I have yet to try it. My husband prefers French toast at home, but I'm going to try it soon. Thank you.%0d%0aShirley DeBruler%0d%0a

I found that by adding 1 Tbsp of sugar you get even fluffier pancakes. Of course you can add all kinds of fruit, blueberries, apple, peaches, even sliced banana, etc. for variety. Sometimes I use cookie cutters to make special shapes for the grandkids. We feed the leftovers of the cutout to the birds.
