  • 1 Cut pork into thin strips. (Pork is easier to cut if partially frozen, 30 to 60 minutes.) Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork in oil 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown.
  • 2 Stir in carrots, onion and bell pepper. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • 3 Stir in rice and stir-fry sauce until well mixed. Stir in bean sprouts. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
