This was excellent! I cooked the grits first. Then I cooked my frozen tri-bell peppers in oil with the sausage and garlic. After a few minutes I moved them to the side of the pan and cooked the shrimp. I had .5lb of shrimp and just eyeballed how much to sprinkle the seasonings.
