pound cooked peeled deveined medium shrimp, thawed if frozen

cup sliced ripe olives

cup chopped red onion

  1. Thaw tortellini as directed on package.
  2. Toss tortellini and remaining ingredients until coated with dressing. Refrigerate before serving if desired.
