package (16 oz) uncooked mostaccioli pasta

cup red bell pepper strips
1/2
cup green bell pepper strips

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic diced tomatoes, undrained

package (12 oz) frozen shelled deveined cooked small shrimp, thawed

can (8 oz) Muir Glen® organic tomato sauce
1
jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
1
teaspoon dried oregano leaves

teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
  2. In ungreased 3-quart casserole or 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, place pasta. Stir in peppers, tomatoes, shrimp, tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano and red pepper flakes; sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
