LOVED! I always used to have to go out to eat to get my thai food cravings satisfied but this recipe went above and beyond! So fresh and delicious I used shredded chicken breasts that I pan seared then baked and it still turned out wonderfully and family couldn't stop raving about it!

OMG!!!! This is delicious!!! I added some cooked chow mein noodles for extra substance, and used Tabassco sauce instead of the red pepper sauce, as I didn't have any. Used about 8 drops. and it is really good...A keeper!!!

Loved the salad. Could have been a little spicier though. I will experiment with some of the suggestions in the comments. I added peanuts to the salad.

Yum! The Thai sweet chili sauce is NOT the same thing as Sriracha. The former is indeed a sweetish clear pale golden thick liquid with red pepper flakes suspended throughout (see the Mae Ploy brand, for example, which can be found in Asian markets, or online - just Google it), while Sriracha, a spicy chili garlic sauce, is thick and red like tomato sauce or ketchup.

I'm quite sure the red chili sauce they are referring to is actually called Sriracha sauce which is available in most grocery stores with an asian food section. Tasty stuff, but beware it is spicy! Haven't tried this recipe yet, but it looks great!

If you want to cut down the fat, use hot water instead of oil to thin the peanut butter sauce. I have made an extremely similar dish with the hot water instead of oil several times and it is great. Oh, the red pepper sauce is the Asian type of Chile sauce not Tabasco type.

I liked the idea of spaghetti noodles, it made it more like an entree, it wouldn't have been enough for a meal if I hadn't added the noodles. My husband and I loved it, but my children didn't think it was that great. We added a little more soy sauce, for some extra flavor. Hopefully I can talk my kids into trying it again!

This looks so yummy! I can't wait to make it! :) @deb32deb...Yes, red pepper sauce is red hot sauce like Tabasco, Texas Pete, etc. ;)
