This recipe is great but I wonder if this would work well with ground chuck as well, as I have two children that do not eat meat, can this be made with cheese ?

Hi there...I'm not writing a review because I haven't made this recipe. HOWEVER, in reading over the ingredients I noticed that the recipe is missing a key ingredient. This is a "sausage stuffed Manicottie" recipe. HOWEVER, there is no sausage listed in the ingredients....
