Ingredients

cups Progresso® reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)

package (3.2 ounces) fresh shiitake mushrooms

small bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2
cup snap pea pods
1
teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1
teaspoon soy sauce
1/2
package (8-ounce size) dried Chinese noodles

  • 1 Mix all ingredients except noodles in 2-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat; boil 3 minutes.
  • 2 Add noodles. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 3 minutes; stirring occasionally.

I just made this soup and it is very bland in taste. Also, the recipe calls for WAY too many noodles, so my whole "Soup" is nothing but a pot of noodles with no taste at all. I have to actually dig to find a mushroom or bell pepper! I will not make this again.
