This is a great idea for a quick way of making a delicious meal, instead of the cheese, though, I put a can of creamed corn on the top! It's a good switch off!!!

This looks like an OK receipe for a COTTAGE pie but if you want to make it a Shepherds Pie in the Irish/English tradition you will need to use lamb or mutton. Shepherd - Sheep.....

So good. I made this using ground turkey and redskin mashed potato mix for St Patrick's Week. I was told not to wait untill next St Patrick's Day to make this again. Also, used fat free cheddar cheese for topping. Very tasty and will definitely be making again. Quick and easy.

I normally do not like Hamburger Helper, (hubby loves it), but this recipe is great!! It's too much for just two of us, but we got 3 meals out of it, & I liked it enough to want more when it ran out. Now I'm looking for more ways to jazz up other kinds of Hamburger Helper.

I had tried Shepherd's pie before and I hated it...but what made me try this recipe was that this is my favorite Hamburger Helper...so I was like what the heck...this was absolutely DELIGHTFUL to my mouth..my kids (7 & 10 boys) were like mama can we have some more of that...it smells good and tastes GREAT!! Thanks Betty and Hambuger Helper!
