Treat your guests to these homemade layered brownie bites using Betty Crocker® brownie mix – perfect for dessert.

Ingredients

box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
1/3
cup vegetable oil

egg
2 1/2
cups small pretzel twists, coarsely chopped
2/3
cup unblanched whole almonds, chopped
2/3
cup flaked coconut
4
bars (1.4 oz each) chocolate covered English toffee candy, coarsely chopped
4
oz white chocolate baking bars or squares, chopped
2
sugar-style ice cream cones with pointed ends, coarsely crushed
1
can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, leaving 1 inch of foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan; spray foil with cooking spray.
  • 2 In large bowl, stir brownie mix, pouch of chocolate syrup, oil and egg until well mixed (mixture will be stiff). Press in pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  • 3 Sprinkle pretzels, almonds, coconut, toffee candy, white chocolate and crushed ice cream cones over partially baked brownie. Drizzle with condensed milk to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  • 4 Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 2 hours. Use foil to lift brownies from pan. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
