I was really excited when I found this recipe, because the chefs where I used to work made these all the time for lunch and I loved them. The flavor is spot on, but the cookies are a little dense for what I want. I remember them being a little fluffier. And bigger. I'll have to check with my baker friend to find out how to alter this a bit to get them fluffy the way I like them!
