EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

This sesame coating is equally delicious on chicken. To make sesame chicken strips, substitute 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork.

These tasty strips taste just as good with ketchup, barbecue sauce or red pepper sauce.

I love this recipe. Tasty without alot of fat. The sesame seeds have a great toasted flaver. You can use vegetable spray in the pan instead of butter. I''ve also used chicken strips with this recipe.

Great recipe. I used chicken istead of pork, I just wouldn''t cook it as long if you use chicken.
