Easy and quick. It will be nice for the holiday season with red peppers instead of the yellow. I add about 1 T sugar just to make it a little sweeter; I found my kids would eat it when sweetened.

This was yummy. I can see this working for many other types of vegetables, too; I only used peppers, and lots of them, since I'm not a snow-pea fan, and it worked out really well. Delicious!

This recipe is easy and basic, but its a great addition to any meal. Its a very elegant side dish. It adds great color and opposing flavor.
