I don't eat seafood, however, my family does and when we have a family gathering I have to make a triple batch..it does not last.

This was an interesting combination. I used the imitation crab meat (sort of shredded it) in this and spiced it up a little with Phillips Seafood Seasoning (to taste) before adding to salad. Everyone seemed to enjoy for our Father's Day gathering.

The bacon from the salad mix was over-powering and took away from the flavor of the crab. I will try this recipe again; however, I will use the Classic Pasta Salad Mix rather than the Ranch & Bacon Salad Mix. I also added Old Bay Seasoning to spice up the crab.
