There’s nothing like the taste of fresh green beans! These have been stir-fried with mild-tasting sea bass, a little sesame oil and freshly chopped gingerroot.

Fresh green beans not available? Check your grocer’s freezer section for whole green beans. Thaw and drain them on paper towels before cutting in half and adding them to the wok.
In a pinch for time? Make a package of white and wild rice blend, or pick up a package of premade garlic mashed potatoes. Either will go great with this yummy stir-fry.
