Haven't made these yet, but I have a question before I do: Why does the first ingredient in the filling say "4 oz. EACH cream cheese, softened"? Is this a mistake? Is it 4 oz. or not? Anybody have an answer for me? Thanks.

Changed the food coloring to red and green and they were a big hit at the New Year's Eve party. Good for any reason, any season! Have fun with the food color. Make them anytime.

I loved how fudgey these brownies came out. It's important to add the pudding that comes in the brownie mix box, so the chocolate taste overpowers the cream cheese. Great to get in the Halloween mood!

I think these were great. My 3 year old and I made them together. I loved how easy they were and how they fit the Halloween mood we have going on. I think they gave the brownies just enough to be more than brownies. Mmmm will make them again.

Oh so good! We had them at our family super last night and they are all gone. The granddaughters took four of them home and they requested more at the next dinner. Very moist and gooey but that's the way we like them. What fun to colour them orange for the holiday. Keep 'em coming..........

I made one change, since I have orange powder food color in my cabinet. I used that rather than mixing colors as the recipe suggested. a very big hit.

I made these brownies to share with friends and they turned out exactly as pictured. I did adjust the food colors to get the exact shade of orange I wanted, and I also added about 1/2 cup of walnuts to the brownie batter, and the brownies were heavy, chewy, and chocolaty. I baked them for 27 minutes and they were perfect!!! I'm making more for my husband to take in to his colleagues - so, I would say they were a hit!!!!

Great Brownies! Took to a party last night and was voted the best desert BUT.... don't use 2 eggs as the recipe call for, use only one. I had to toss the center brownies since they were too gooey. If I baked longer the sides would have been too dry. Will make again, very good!
