This sounds delicious! I can't eat Alfredo sauce, as it is too rich on my stomach, but I am sure any cheese sauce would work with this recipe. Looking forward to trying it. Bet it would be great with sausage, too! YUM!

Very tasty. A nice alternative to scrambled eggs for a special occasion breakfast. It took a bit of time to assemble. Using the precooked bacon would have knocked some time off but I didn't. The recipe is very high in cholesteral so I used an egg substitute for more than half of the quantity of eggs and used egg whites for the balance and it still turned out great. Was good with fresh fruit on the side.
