This spinach dip was a hit at a party I took it to. I actually put in 2 cloves of garlic and found that to be perfect. I served it with bread squares, which was the perfect combination. I would definitely make again!

Made this recipe for Christmas because my boyfriend doesn't like mayo. It called for 1 clove garlic and that was entirely too much. It was overpowering and hands down the worst spinach dip I've ever tasted.

The children were surprised the dip tasted so good. I asked if they liked spinach, they made faces. Guess what I didn''t tell them what was in it. Everyone really enjoyed this dip.

I love entertaining and am always looking for new and inventive ideas that are out of the box. This recipe fits the bill. It is light, yet has crunch appeal that most dieters look for, and a creamyness that fills the pallet for more enjoyment. Love it.
