My son and I love this recipe!!!! I've tweaked it to suit our taste by marinating the ribs overnight in 1/2 tsp meat tenderizer, seasoning the ribs with salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste prior to coating with flour, thickening the sauce (1tbsp cornstarch and water) and bumping up the overall flavor of the sauce with cayenne pepper and other seasonings to taste. I omit the veggies and serve the ribs and sauce over rice - Delicious!!!!
