I recently made this dish for my husband and it was a great success. Truly a comfort food for a cold night. My husband loves cheese so I used more than the recipe called for and it was fabulous. Next time I am adding mushrooms and carrots.

Since my husband likes swiss cheese, green beans and chicken, I tried this. After the 1st time I made it, he asked for it another 2 times that same week. The kids had it the second time, so I doubled the receipe. They loved it. It is quick, filling and there are never any leftovers. Serve with french bread and a salad, preferably a sweet dressing, goes well with the savory dish. This went straight into my cookbook.

This was delicious. Falls into the "comfort food" category. Reminds me of an "easy" chicken-pot-pie without the trouble of making a pie crust. I think it would do well to bake in smaller individual dishes.

This bake was ok,, It did not have much flavor. You may want to try making it with some more seasonings of some sort. My husband ate it, but then again he eats anything.
