I tried the stuufed pasta shells and they were very easy to make! My son and his dad love them. I will do them again soon.

Love this recipe. No need to change anything. The whole family loves this including my 2 yr old. I've made this a regular in my dinner rotation.

Oh my god this was good. I substituted low-fat cottage cheese for the ricotta cheese and it worked out great. I'm still having issues cooking the pasta shell too long, because they always come out split or in pieces. Luckily, that doesn't take away from the flavor at all. Highly recommended!
