cup Best Foods Real Mayonnaise

cup sour cream

unit onion, chopped

teaspoon seasoned salt

bag frozen shredded hash browns

pound smoked sausage (cut into 1/4-inch slices) or chorizo, cooked
  1. Preheat oven to 400^
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, onions and salt in large bowl.
  3. Add hash browns and sausage/chorizo; mix lightly.
  4. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake 40-45 minutes or until heated through.
