I always get compliments on this recipe. I cube whole wheat bread instead of the English muffins for a slightly different flavor. Very easy, hearty breakfast/brunch casserole. I will DEFINITELY make it again.

I made this last year after receiving it from Betty Crocker's newsletter. My family and friends loved it so much so that I am making it again this year twice, one for a gathering at the camp and one for Christmas morning!

I made this for brunch Christmas morning. It was a good but not as good as some of the casseroles I have made in the past. Typically, I don't have any leftovers but that was not the case this time. I probably will not make this one for my next brunch. Personally, I liked the sweetness of the cranberries but I have to say, I didn't get the raves I am accustomed to on Christmas morning.

My Mom, sister, and I made this for our Christmas brunch and it was absolutely delicious. My mom has been trying to find a strata recipe to please the whole family and this one definitely did it! I am making it for my fiance and his family...hopefully it turns out as well as it did the first time! I would absolutely recommend this recipe! Delicious!

I made this dish for a family brunch a few weeks ago and it was a major hit. It was easy to make and extremely delicious. I made it along with the best blueberry coffee cake (another hit). I highly recommend this recipe. You can't go wrong. (I used craisins in this recipe which were nice and sweet).

I made this for my husbands family over Thanksgiving. It was a huge hit, even with my childcren ( 4 and 6). Some topped it with a little syrup which was also very yummy! Great recipe!

This is a great brunch recipe and was enjoyed by all withmany recipe requests.I do have a problem with the printed recipe, the way the sausage and milk amounts are shown is confusing.1 lb bulk pork sausage Does this mean 1 1/2 lbs sausage?1/2What about the milk? I used just 1lb of sausage, but did use 1 and 1/2 cups milk and it turned out fine and very tasty.Patricia O''Hearn

I believe this receipe would be great for the Thanksgiving weekend. It is not your usual brunch item and it uses a seasonal item, cranberry for a festive and flavorful flair.I can see my family enjoying this strata after the early hour shopping we do on the day after Thanksgiving.
