This was surprisingly good and fairly easy to make. I would up the quantity of carrots and double the sausage, using the low-fat type of polish sausage. Everybody loved it!

I made is dish for saturday lunch/dinner and it was soooo delicious and tasty. The thyme in the dish really brought out the flavors. My husband loves this dish. It was very simple to make.
