Very good recipe. I fixed this for supper and then heated the lefovers the next day for breakfast with a little milk in a boiler. It was even better reheated!

I just made this using turkey sausage, 2% cheddar cheese, skim milk and light margarine and it tastes great! Should have reduced the fat grams by quite a bit.

This was an easy and excellent recipe. My brunch guests went back for seconds and more! Everyone loved it and complimented me that it wasn''t a normal ''grits'' dish. I served it with poached eggs, English muffins and fresh fruit.

Being from the South; this was nothing more than our favorites mixed together but it was great as a casserole and a big hit with my family! They loved it and it''s also great for kids to be able to warm up for breakfast the following day! PERFECT! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
