cups sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2
cups gin

teaspoon caraway seeds
1/4
cups butter
  1. Bring sauerkraut, caraway seeds and gin to a boil in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer until gin is reduced to less than half, about 30 minutes. Add butter and serve warm. ENJOY!
