This giant Cookie is absolutely DELICIOUS!! Just the right amount of cinnamon and nuts. I used chocolate chips and added an extra 1/4 cup of flour. My son loved these!!

These cookies can be forgiven for not being chocolate chip. They are so good! I am making cookies to mail as gifts, and I''ve been making three types, including a recipe from one of those high falutin cooking magazines. These make the others seem almost gross. They''re yummy right out of the oven, and still very good after they''ve sat a few days. I highly recommend!

These cookies are absolutely FABULOUS! I made them a little smaller - using my larger cookie scoop instead of 1/4 cup. I aso did not add any nuts, as my children won''t eat them! I took them to a family gathering and they were universally loved. I also took them to a girl scout meeting and the other parents were demanding the recipe!

good cookies, I left out the chips and the nuts and they still tasted great...but I didn''t know until too late that cream of tartar is essentially baking powder. They still turned out okay though :)
