Santa Fe Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cut-up cooked turkey
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon diced pimientos
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 avocado, cut into wedges
  • Paprika, if desired

    Toss all ingredients except lettuce, avocado and paprika.

    Serve salad on lettuce. Garnish with avocado. Sprinkle with paprika.
