Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) medium red wine, chilled
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1/2 cup blueberry pomegranate juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar or honey
  • 2-3 cups shaved ice
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 limes, cut into thin slices
  • 2 small oranges, cut into thin slices

Steps

    In blender, place wine, tequila, liqueur, pomegranate juice, lime juice, agave nectar and shaved ice. Cover; blend on medium-high speed 1 to 2 minutes until slushy.

    Pour mixture into glass serving pitcher. Add blueberries, lime and orange slices. Serve immediately.
