Ingredients

  • 1/2 slice sandwich bread, cut into 6 (1-inch) cubes
  • 3 slices deli meat of choice, folded
  • 3 (1-inch) cubes cheese of choice
  • 3 small pieces lettuce, if desired
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, if desired
  • 3 small pitted ripe olives, if desired
  • 3 mini gherkins, if desired

Steps

  • 1
    Onto each of 3 skewers, alternately thread ingredients, beginning and ending with bread cube on each.
