slice sandwich bread, cut into 6 (1-inch) cubes
slices deli meat of choice, folded
(1-inch) cubes cheese of choice
small pieces lettuce, if desired
cherry tomatoes, if desired
small pitted ripe olives, if desired
mini gherkins, if desired
Onto each of 3 skewers, alternately thread ingredients, beginning and ending with bread cube on each.
Substitute your favorite sandwich fixings.
Thread fresh fruit on skewers for a healthy and fun side.
