Ingredients

  • 5 containers (5.3 oz each) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Juice of 1/2 small lemon
  • Coarse sea salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 8 to 10 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)

Steps

  • 1
In large bowl, stir together yogurt, honey, lemon juice and sea salt to taste.
  • 2
Divide yogurt mixture evenly among 8 to 10 (3-oz) frozen ice-pop molds. Tap molds on countertop several times to get rid of any bubbles.
  • 3
Insert sticks into center of each mold. Cover; freeze at least 4 hours or until frozen.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Run warm water around the outside of the ice-pop molds to loosen the pops.
  • tip 2
Be sure to taste the yogurt mixture as you add the lemon juice so you don’t add too much and it ends up too tangy. If it does end up too tangy, however, just stir in more yogurt.
