Ingredients

  • 2 pints (4 cups) deli pasta salad (creamy-style)
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup thick & chunky salsa
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Steps

    Mix all ingredients except lettuce in large bowl.

    Spoon salad mixture onto lettuce.

  • Add a festive touch to this salad with crispy tortilla chips and a fresh fruit mixture of mango and papaya with fresh lime wedges.
  • Top with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh cilantro.
