This recipe was super easy to make and so yummy. Totally easy to make it your own way too. Just add anything you want to the salsa and shrimp. Definitely a keeper!

Made these tonight using a salsa that had black beans and corn. I added a little ground cayenne pepper as well. I also used corn tortillas that I warmed up in a skillet. They were delicious!

I added salsa that had black beans and corn, so i added some additional black beans and corn. I also added a small amount of taco seasoning to the shrimp.

This is also delicious topped with pre-packaged cole slaw (to replace the lettuce). Serve with fresh lime slivers and squeeze juice on tacos right before eating.

My son is not too fond of seafood...he loved it!! Of course we like it spicy so i seasoned the shrimp with red pepper and added red and green peppers. It was good! They were looking for more ;)
