This recipe is great. It makes a lot but there's only my husband and I. I will use the left over's and add chicken to it. Fast, easy and few ingredients to make it :)

Yum-o! I couldn't find mexi-corn so I added rotel to regular corn and add cooked shrimp to the whold concoction and we ate all of it!
