This recipe was a huge hit for my entire family. Only my youngest didn't like the spicy rice, but she loved the chicken. I surved with garlic bread and salad.

I recently had to throw a birthday party for my daughter and we had at least forty family guests arriving. We tripled this recipe, and used cut up chicken breasts instead... But I gotta say one thing! It was a big HIT!! Even the pickiest eaters loved it. I was getting compliments for weeks, and towards the end of the party, I must've written so many recipe cards to hand out for people who asked. Every single person there said this was the best meal ever! Way to go Betty Crocker!! Another success :) Thanks for saving the party!!!!
